OWL is a CSR initiative by Intercap Impact, a division of Intercap Inc. The platform is powered by the Docebo Learning Suite and designed specifically for charities.
- Am I eligible for OWL?
Small to medium-sized registered charities are eligible to join OWL.
- How do I join OWL?
One Charity Contact at each charity creates an OWL account. Once the charity account is verified, the Charity Contact can share access to OWL with internal staff, volunteers, and board members.
- What is an OWL Content Account?
An OWL Content Account is free for all charities that join OWL. This account unlocks access to the OWL course library, which contains eLearning courses and programs relevant to charities, such as:
HR Compliance / Board Governance / Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) / Mental Health and more!
- How do I access the OWL course library?
Sign in, select a course or program and enroll to learn at your own pace!
You can print/share your email confirmation or Certificate of Completion as proof of progress.
- What is an OWL Platform Account?
Any charity on OWL can apply to upgrade to a Platform Account, subject to availability and eligibility.
Each charity approved for this upgrade receives its own free branded learning platform with access to thousands of eLearning courses and support building its own course library. With a Platform Account, charities can extend access to clients as well.
- Is OWL accessible on mobile?
Yes! OWL is accessible on desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile by downloading the OWL - Open World Learning app.
- Are there opportunities to partner with OWL?
